Moon Pie Weekend

We had a great Saturday at the RC Cola Moon Pie Festival. We were very busy and it was great for us to let people get to know us and our jewelry. We sold almost all of our inventory and made several special orders. It almost rained, but we only got a few drops...

Meet us at the Moon Pie Festival...

Kiki & Lele will be displaying our fabulous jewelry at the 14th Annual RC Cola & Moon Pie Festival this coming Saturday in Bell Buckle, Tennessee. We will be there from 7am till they kick us out! Come by and check out all of our new stuff and enjoy the festivities. Admission is free, but you had better bring some spending money, the arts and crafts are wonderful!

This is a big festival, they are expecting 30,000 + people. Parking is normally between $5 and $7, depending on where you park. The earlier you get there, the better chance you have at getting a great spot and first shot at the fabulous art and crafts.... and the Kiki & Lele jewelry.... We only have so much, after that, we will be making special orders....

How Charming...

Here at Kiki & Lele we have a certain obsession with lovlies...which is one of the reasons we started our little business in the first place. But lately...we've been slightly obsessed with bracelets. How many can we wear? How many is too many? I think if we were given the option and it wouldn't be a serious faux paus, we would layer ALL of our bracelets and All of our necklaces. Ha! Ha! We've been quite busy lately and we can't wait to introduce you to our new designs. We also promise to keep our posts up to date. We want to hear from you and we appreciate all of your support via email! Feel free to leave comments here as well.

As we have said before, we love working on custom pieces for our customers. It's been our experience that people LoVe to receive a gift that is made especially for them. And when you let them know that you designed it (with a little help - but you can take the credit), it becomes even more special. Above is a Charm Bracelet that we worked on for one of our most recent customers. We really enjoyed putting this little beauty together. It looks really cool and because we chose not to blacken the letters, is a bit more dressy in our opinion. We've worked on several charm bracelets, but this one takes the cake. It of course helps that this family happens to have some of the coolest names we've worked with so far!

This bracelet can work for several occasions: as a gift for Nana with all of her little ones, a graduation gift with well wishes, or even a keepsake as a way to remember all of your travels... the options are endless. We hope you enjoy!

Little but Loud Cuff Bangle $52

How Charming. This is an example of a special order we completed for a Kiki & Lele customer. This was for Mother's Day and it was a gift for a Mother of four and grandmother of seven! Three Little Pearls. Our Chunky Bracelet featuring our hand wrapped freshwater pearls - you choose your colors, cream, pink, or charcoal. Pick one to represent each child, grandchild, accomplishment, or just a flattering color combination. $28

Tag Me. Our Chunky Bracelet used another fabulous way. Our sweet oval tag can fit up to 6 large characters in the middle, but we could also fit a birthday or anniversary date below in a smaller font. We've also adorned this with a hand wrapped freshwater pearl. The pearl shown is pink, however, you have a choice of cream or charcoal as well. $28

You're It. Our Rollo chain bracelet is dainty and great worn alone or layered with another piece. We've designed this bracelet to feature a small initial tag that measures approximately 1/2 inch and added our hand wrapped freshwater pearl in charcoal. $24

String Me Along. Four strands of chain are all connected together to form a layered effect with sliding silver colored beads. This is a fun piece and is delicate enough to compliment a number of different outfits. Dress is up or dress it down. $26

Say What You Mean. The options are endless with our Cuff Bracelet. We can stamp names of loved ones, special memories, words of encouragement, a special phrase or quote...the choice is yours. Our only rule is to say what you mean and mean what you say. $52

I will still post our new designs in their own post - to keep you updated - but I'll also add the new photos here. Don't you just love a little organization? Me too.

Very Dainty... {$24} 16" chain with a pea sized tag monogrammed with 3 letters, it could also fit a 4 letter word, "love." Paired with a hand wrapped smokey-colored bead {optional}

Yes, I made something for myself... I used a large creme pearl and I must say I love how it turned out... {$34}

Said with Love... {$32} Ok, so I made another... Haha... I am in love with these new hearts that I just got in, they are way too much fun. I actually did 2 of these necklaces for a friends daughters, she wanted to get them something fun but age appropriate. I thought this would be just right...

"It's not the journey, It's the destination..." {$62} So, yes, I know this is backwards, I am told it is supposed to say, "It's not the destination, It's the journey..." I like it both ways. If you like this necklace and prefer it the other way I will make it the other way as well. The disc is 1.5 inches strung on a 24" satellite chain... I actually think this might be my most favorite creation....

I am excited to show you what I have been up to after the first of the year, I have been taking some classes to broaden my knowledge for jewelry and also learn some new techniques. I have had a really fun time and I am very excited, so stay tuned...
